At Dhammagaj Book Store, we want you to be happy with every book you purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how our returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

We accept returns in any condition whether the book is unused, opened, or shows signs of wear. To start a return, simply contact us within the 4-day window with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dhammagaj Book Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different book or edition, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

Contact us within 4 days of delivery with your order number.
Ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Once received, we’ll process your exchange or notify you if the requested item is unavailable, in which case a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and process your returned item.
Please allow [X] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
